What is uVPN and how does it work?

uVPN is a virtual private network service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our secure servers. This hides your IP address and protects your online activity from ISPs, hackers, and other third parties. Simply download the app, connect to a server, and your traffic is encrypted instantly.

What is the difference between Free and Premium?

The Free plan gives you access to 5 server locations, 1 device, and limited speed. Premium plans (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly) unlock 50+ server locations worldwide, unlimited devices, maximum speed, no ads, and advanced features like split tunneling. Visit our pricing page for a full comparison.

I cannot connect to the VPN. What should I do?

Try the following steps:

Check that you have a stable internet connection without the VPN.
Try connecting to a different server location.
Restart the uVPN app.
Make sure you are running the latest version of the app.
If you are on a restricted network (school, work), try switching to a different protocol in Settings.

If the issue persists, contact our support team with details about your device and network.

What is a kill switch?

The kill switch is a safety feature that automatically blocks all internet traffic if your VPN connection drops unexpectedly. This prevents your real IP address and unencrypted data from being exposed. It is enabled by default in uVPN and can be toggled in the app settings.

Does uVPN keep any logs?

No. uVPN operates under a strict no-logs policy. We do not track, store, or monitor your browsing activity, traffic, DNS queries, or connection timestamps. The only data we store is your email and subscription information needed to run the service. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. After cancellation, you will keep access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Your account will then revert to the Free plan.

How do I use a license key?

If you have a license key, open the uVPN app and go to your profile or subscription section. Enter the key in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Once activated, your premium subscription will begin immediately for the duration associated with the key. Each key can only be used once.

How many devices can I use?

The Free plan supports 1 device at a time. All paid plans (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) allow unlimited simultaneous device connections under a single account.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the account settings page. This action is permanent and will cancel any active subscription, remove your VPN configurations, and delete your personal data. You will need to confirm your password before proceeding.
